ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES

Every year from July 1st to 30th September the Welcome Desk answers all your questions and can tell you everything you need to know about student life in Poitiers: accommodation, catering, student jobs, social aid, assistance for going abroad.

To find out more about student life in Poitiers, please go to :

  •  The CRIJ (at Grand Poitiers Tourist Office) : Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm (closed on Monday morning) / 45 place Charles-de-Gaulle
  • The Maison des Étudiants (on the university campus) : From 19th August to 30th September from 8.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.30am to 8pm Friday (closed at weekends) / 1 rue Neuma-Fechine-Borges
  • Poitiers  Gare SNCF (Poitiers Railway station) : 26th August to 6th September from 10am to 8pm
  • Cité Descartes (on the university campus) : Every day from 10am to 4pm / 11 rue Raoul-Follereau Bâtiment C18
